Thomas Preud'homme 1f0be8664b Add a script for managing email accounts 
This initial version can:
- create a mailbox (cyradm)
- create a mail alias (virtual_{alias|local}_map)
- create a valid recipient for postfix ({virtual|local}_recipient_map)
- create a password for the account (saslpasswd2)
- print settings to set in the MUA to use this account
- test arguments
